To access consultations, users need to create an account using the registration form:

• Fields Included: Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, Password
• Confirmation Message: “Sending user info, please wait…”
• Secure Authentication: Users can log in using their credentials to access consultation services.

2. Booking a Consultation

After logging in, users can book a consultation through a structured multi-step process:
Step 1: Instructions

• Users are guided on how to proceed with booking.
• Minimum 1-hour booking required for first-time consultations.
• Consecutive time slots must be selected.

Step 2: Select Service & Consultant

• Users select their desired service.
• The system dynamically loads available consultants for the selected service.
• Users can pick their preferred consultant.

Step 3: Select Date & Time Slot

• Users choose an available date.
• Time slots are displayed based on consultant availability.
• Consecutive time slots must be chosen.

Step 4: Payment Processing

• After booking, users are redirected to a payment page to finalize their consultation.

3. Custom Reports & Analytics

• Developed Earnings Stats Pie Charts to track company and agency earnings.
• Implemented Sales Representative & Agency Reports with data export options.
• Added a Missed Opportunity tracker to analyze lost deals.

4. Activities & User Management
